The challenge:
Shape Connect helps people running online stores to stay safe, but their problem was that most people didn’t know they needed protecting in the first place. They needed to explain the risks faced by retailers operating on the internet in a way that anyone could understand. And once that was done, they wanted to show how their cyber security service worked, all in under 90 seconds.
The solution:
By beginning with the problem of online criminal activity, we set the foundations for explaining the Shape Connect service. Language was kept simple and visuals playful, with easy-to-understand metaphors walking viewers through how internet security technology works. By creating a message that feels human, we added some warmth to an industry that’s traditionally viewed as quite cold and sterile.
